Baily grew up in Grand Junction, 科罗拉多州, and has a deep love for the community and local businesses. She attended 科罗拉多州 Mesa University and received her undergraduate in Marketing and Management. As a liaison, her goal is to engage the community to create connections for students and community members to reach their full potential. In addition, she enjoys paddle boarding, hiking, being active, and puzzles!
